The addition of a Savoir No5 label by a craftsman

Brand Protection | Authentic Savoir Beds

At Savoir, we take the protection of our brand and our customers extremely seriously. Our name, reputation, distinctive identity, imagery and digital presence are integral to who we are, and we actively monitor and take action against websites and other online channels that seek to impersonate Savoir or mislead consumers into believing that they are operated by, affiliated with or authorised by Savoir.

We are particularly concerned by websites that copy or imitate the Savoir brand, including our name, logo, imagery, website design, product information or other elements of our identity, in order to appear genuine. These websites are not affiliated with or authorised by Savoir.

Such websites may be created to mislead customers, obtain personal or financial information, or take payment for products or services that are not supplied by Savoir. This type of activity can cause significant harm to consumers as well as to our brand and reputation.

How can you tell if a website is genuinely operated by Savoir?

Authentic Savoir products and services are available through Savoir stores, our official website (savoirbeds.com), and our authorised dealer partners, which can be found on the showroom page of our website.

Please be cautious of websites that:

  • use the Savoir name, logo, imagery or branding but are not linked to our official website

  • closely imitate the design or appearance of the Savoir website

  • claim to be an official Savoir website, showroom or representative without appearing on our authorised dealer list

  • use Savoir imagery or product information in a way that suggests an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist; or

  • request personal or financial information through a website that you are unsure is genuine.

If you are unsure whether a website is genuinely associated with Savoir, please do not provide your personal or payment information. We recommend contacting your nearest Savoir showroom or our Customer Service team to verify the website before proceeding.

Have you found a website impersonating Savoir?

If you come across a website or other online content that you believe is impersonating Savoir, using our brand without authorisation, or misleading consumers into believing that it is affiliated with Savoir, please report it to our Customer Service team.
