Adjustments
Our service doesn’t end when your bed is delivered. We undertake to remake a No 1 or No 2 bed if you are not completely happy with the tension in the first 3 months*; but we do request that you allow a month for your muscle memory to adjust before you judge, especially if your body has been compensating for an unsupportive mattress. *Terms & Conditions apply.
Upkeep
It is normal for the mattress to settle a little as the natural fillings find their place. Your topper will flatten with time and require flipping and rotating to even out compression. If you treat your bed with the respect it deserves, taking the time to turn your topper and mattress regularly, you can expect a lifetime of unsurpassed comfort.

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all accessory orders over $500. Shipping is $10 for orders under $500.
The time of standard delivery within the US is 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after your order has been confirmed. If you require it sooner, please contact our customer services team.
We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you are not, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt provided the products are returned complete, unused and with their original packaging.
